1.DAKA will contact the factory for cargo loading (If FCL, we usually send container from port to factory; If it is LCL or air shipment, we usually get the cargo to our warehouse and our warehouse will load it )
2.DAKA will arrange China customs clearance
3.DAKA will get the cargo onto chosen vessel or airplane
4.DAKA will co-ordinate with factory and consignee to prepare Australian customs docs. Five docs are needed for AU customs clearance :
a. commercial invoice b. packing list c. bill of lading d. certificate of origin or FTA e. packing declaration
5.DAKA complete above five docs and send these docs to DAKA’s Australian team prior to vessel arrival
6.DAKA’s Australian team will make Australian customs clearance and send consignee/buyer Australian duty invoice
7.Consignee or Buyer will pay duty invoice and confirm a convenient delivery date
8.DAKA China will double confirm with consignee or buyer receipt of the goods and resolve any queries or concerns
