Everything has gone well thank you. Must have had a rough trip across, the pallets had some damage and a couple of the boxes a bit out of shape, contents not damaged.
We have purchased from China before and the delivery process has never given us confidence, everything smooth this time, we will be doing more business.

Everything seems to be here except for one box, a sample from Cristal Liu from Shenzhen nicebest international. She sent it to your warehouse and through the late additions to the order I mis communicated her name! So it must be there but did not get added to the order. My apologies. How can we get it sent here soon?
