Shipping ways from China to USA

We have three ways of shipping to USA :By Express(like DHL/Fedex/TNT/UPS) ,By Air ,By Sea

1. By Express: If your chargeable weight is less than 300KGS, we would encourage shipping by express which is best.We can offer better express price by DHL/TNT/UPS/FEDEX than what you got directly from them because we have larger quantity .

2. By Air: if your chargeable weight is over 300kgs and time sensitive, we would book air space for your shipment, a much cheaper option than shipping by express.

3.By Sea :if your shipment is large and you want to save cost, we would suggest shipping by sea .

*If your cargo is not enough for a whole container, we can organize this sea shipment by sharing a container with others. That is what we call LCL (Less than Container Load shipping)

*If your cargo can fill a whole container , we can organize a 20ft/40ft container especially for you. That is what we call FCL (Full Container Load shipping)

Shipping steps from China to USA

1.DAKA contact factory for cargo loading (If FCL, we usually send container from port to factory; If LCL and air shipment, we usually get the cargo to our warehouse and our warehouse load it )

2.DAKA will arrange China customs clearance

3.DAKA will get the cargo onto chosen vessel or airplane

4.DAKA will co-ordinate with factory and consignee to prepare USA customs docs.Normally three docs are needed for USA customs clearance :

a. commercial invoice b. packing list c. bill of lading

5.DAKA complete above docs and send these docs to DAKA’s USA team prior to vessel arrival.

6.DAKA’s USA team will make American customs clearance and send consignee/buyer USA duty invoice .

7.Consignee or Buyer will pay duty invoice and confirm a convenient delivery date

8.DAKA China will double confirm with consignee or buyer receipt of the goods and resolve any queries or concerns.
